We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing. The key to our success is not only providing prompt, friendly and professional services to our property owners and their tenants, but also understanding that your property is an important investment in your future as well as ours. As a native of Pennsylvania, Barbara worked for 17 years in bank management as a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. In 1999, she relocated to the Orlando area and began her career in real estate, working with new home construction and vacation homes. Later she acquired a certification in real estate training and development, providing new agent classes and mentoring.
In January, 2009 she succeeded in obtaining her Broker’s License and worked as a Broker Associate for several real estate companies before forming her own small real estate brokerage. She has experience with long term rentals and has a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation as well as a CPREA (Certified Probate Real Estate Advisor).
As a bonus, Barbara has a license as a Notary Public in the State of Florida for the convenience of customers. With 25 years of various real estate experience, Barbara does whatever it takes to provide customers with exceptional customer service.
With a passion for Real Estate Alexis started her investment portfolio 12 years ago. She owns several rentals that she self-managed before deciding to make her passion a business. Spending 15 years in the corporate retail space Alexis learned putting customers first and being an active listener was important in understanding their needs. Communication was key and paying attention to details is what makes her a true professional.
She is devoted to helping others, enjoys teaching and is proud of her work ethic which she inherited from her mother. She is pursuing her American dream of building generational wealth through real estate and providing exceptional property management to her community and clients. Her love of guiding others will increase her success in mentoring prospective investors through the journey of home ownership and property management. With a Business Degree from FSU, her fundamental management skills, ability to network with others and project potential earnings will strengthen her ability to navigate a profitable deal. Through her experience she understands how challenging finding a great tenant can be and is here to help make property management manageable whether you are an owner or investor.
In her spare time Alexandra teaches Latin dances, including salsa and bachata. She enjoys a good book and the great outdoors. She’s a mother of two wonderful daughters and is involved in her local church and giving back to her community.
Anairis Decena Woo is the dedicated Administrator at our esteemed property management company. Having served in our military she is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work. She prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations in all interactions. Her proactive approach and dedication to quality ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of service and support. With years of experience in administrative and customer facing roles, Anairis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
Being an immigrant and having moved more than 15 times due to the military she excels in multitasking and problem-solving, handling diverse responsibilities with ease. Her strong communication skills foster positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and team members alike. Anairis is proficient in property management software and utilizes her technical acumen to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
As Leasing Coordinator, Fiona has found a means to channel her passion for helping individuals and families in seeking comfortability. Fiona loves teaching and empowering others so that they can take pride in themselves as they strive for success. Fiona is diligent at multitasking, efficient in communication, empathetic, understanding, and results focused. Drawing from her own lived experiences, extensive education and industry knowledge, she understands and has insight that guide our residents and owners through their journeys.
With her MBA from Capella, Fiona has been driven to attain new heights. Her personality draws positivity and good company which combines to produce endless possibilities. As an Indo-Caribbean, she adds some spice and character to insightful conversations and interactions. One of Fiona’s hobbies includes doing research on new scientific findings. Another delight within Fiona’s weekend would be spending time with the family as they BBQ. To relax, she can be found on the beach recalibrating with sunshine and positive ions.
With years of experience as an accounting assistant, Jed has the skills and expertise to manage all your financial records efficiently and accurately. Jed is our PMiBooks Coordinator who oversees all your bookkeeping needs, specializing in trust accounts. His talent at working with numbers is unmatched, and he takes great responsibility in ensuring your books are flawless.
